    From the deluge

    What you don't see is what was there prior to the deluge: a brick wall and a fence. Given the proximity of this to my house, a landslide even a bit closer would have been disastrous. This is part of the aftermath from Atlanta's nasty weather streak. Overall, I have to say, we're really fortunate. There are places very close to here that weren't as lucky.
