    It's kind of like a weird phenomena when you wake up early in the morning and see this outside your apartment. It does look scary like some chemical explosion with a cloud of orange dust.

     

    From the local news it seems to be a dust storm.

     

    Wind speed at approximately 56km/h and this photo is taken at 5 past 6am in the morning.
