    Natural Allergy Remedy

    Allergies made my life miserable for years.  One particular hunting trip, my eyes swelled shut!  Thankfully, my dad was there to take my hand and lead me back to the pickup.  Itchy, watery, swollen, red eyes.  Itchy, runny, stuffy nose.  Sneezing.  Headache.  Misery.

    I hated taking pills, and so I would suffer most of the time - until I found the cure online.  While surfing the web, I found a natural cure for allergies that has made all the difference in my life.

     

    3/4 cup carrot juice

    1/4 cup beet juice

    1/4 cup cucumber juice

    Mix and drink.

     

    For several days after beginning my therapy, I could literally feel my nasal cavity tingling.  Now, the only time I suffer from allergies is when I forget to take my 'medicine' for about 2-3 days in a row.
