California Wildfires Whip through the Hillsides threatening homes and agricultural crops

At approximately 10:30 am Tues. morning a fire broke out in Fillmore California. Speculation that the cause was due to a spontaneous combustion of either a compost pile or manure pile. Both having the possibility to smolder, smoke and then burst into flames when a chemical reaction occurs. The fire burned 2 acres and has swiftly increased to  16,100 The dry air, wind and heat have fueled this fire which is burning rapidly across dry grass and brush. The concern is not only for the surrounding homes but for the "assets" as was stated, threatening agriculture sites, such as citrus and avocado groves, oil production fields and high voltage power lines. It has been moving across hillsides and fields. I was able to see it on a hillside behind houses in Moorpark.
The air was so dry it was difficult to take a deep breathe after a very short amount of time. Hot and extremely windy, I found it a challenge to hold my camera up and even attempt to film!
There are 8 air tankers and 21 helicopters  working effectively to drop water and fire retardant. Precautionary evacuations are in effect, most people had their belongings packed but at this point were just "standing watch". Moorpark college was closed due to it's close proximity. I noticed firefighters were stationed at the end of every cul-de-sac keeping watch over the houses on that block, ready to alert home owners at first possible sign of danger. Red Flag warnings are still in effect.
