Let's Talk about California and unemployment

Let's talk about California and it's unemployment practices.  Here's the scenario number 1....A Registered Nurse goes out on disability in February and then tries to return to work after he is released by his doctor. However there is no work available, so he applies for unemployment in March, since then he has had one telephone interview after another, although he has never received unemployment benefits, although he is eligible.  Scenario number two...(overheard at the unemployment office) a Computer Software Engineer was laid off from his job( which he worked at for over 13 years), he is now facing homelessness because he has not received the unemployment benefits he is entitled too. Is California telling the rest  of America their unemployment rates are lower then they actually are??? break...these scenarios are all too familiar.  Unemployment ties individuals up with countless interviews and gives employers numerous times go back and change their stories so that employees do not receive the benefits they are entitled to.  Help Californians please by making it known to the world their unfair practices and delaying tactics.
