The 7 Sisters Waterfall - Norway
In July of 2006, I traveled to Norway and while there, some friends took me on a boat trip thru Geirangerfjord which is on UNESCO’s World Heritage Site where I took this picture. Located in south west Norway 62 miles from Bergen, the steep walls of the fjord have numerous waterfalls which are exceptionally beautiful. The 2 most recognizable are the Suitor (or Wooer) and & the 7 Sisters Waterfall. Since the two face each other across the fjord, it is said The Suitor is trying to Woo the sisters opposite.
