    Jay Herrod - Staff - Med. Update - Sunday, Sept. 27, 2009

Last Monday I went to see a new doctor is both a foot and wound doctor.  I has had me soaking my right foot for 5 minutes in Epsom Salts/Vinegar and water twice a day, something hard to do.  I stick my right foot in my down stairs kitchen sink.  It really doesn't appear to be working so it appears he will have to try something.   I have been told by others it can months to be rid of of this staff.  I just needed  My right foot/ankle and right knee are still unstable and I still have to take Percocet from time to time due the pain in both.  My nausea has come back full force and my stomach staying upset.  The med. I am taking for the nausea is suppose to be for cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.  It's not known if it's the staff causing this or not.  I now have a "GI" doctor to try to finger it out.  I am still undergoing "Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy" 5 days a week.  A couple of health professionals who are not my doctors have said I am dislussional.  There is nothing dislusional about what is going with my health.

Lastly, I am losing my home health nurse who once a week takes my Coumadin level and my home health nurse's aid who comes 3 times a week to help with my showering on this upcoming Wednesday.  I will after that I have to take just "sponge baths because it is not safe for me get into tube to take a shower due my right knee and right foot/ankle not being stable right now.
