    Folks evacuating to Aloau mountain. 

     

    Reports of the bay area, Pago Pago Harbor, inundated with water.

     

    The post office has been flooded, 

     

    Based on the geographic location, the bay area swells up and fill like a basin.

     

    Now measured as an 8.3 magnitude, many people are heading up to higher ground.
