    Man shot & Killed by Officer

    Hesperia- Around 6:40 am a man was shooting a rifle in a house on Yacca St. in Hesperia Ca. one bullet striking a passing vehicle. When officers arrived they gave the man commands but he would not comply. the man continued pointing the gun in the direction of the deputies until one of the deputies shot the 32-year-old man.
