This iReport is part of an assignment:
Distracted drivers |
Distracted drivers
Well I have been reading some of the post.I in my post was against more laws.It seams the majority associate this behavior the same as drinking and driving.Well I just want to know If this is as bad as drinking and driving should the victim of the accident or the users of the phone be allowed to sue the phone company I mean we hold bartenders responsible for serving some one who latter has an accident. What about billboards they distract drivers attention I mean that is what they are designed to do so should I get in an accident should I go to jail because I was reading the special on the local eatery billboard or can I sue them for the damage I did when I have an accident because their sign distracted me. I still think we need no new laws We The People need to learn to take responsibility for our actions.I mean come on we have people watching TV going down the road If the car company put it where the driver can watch it are they responsible for your accident.Laws Laws Laws Keep making laws and you will soon be ticked for taking your hand of the wheel to scratch your nose or singing while driving or listening to the radio remember laws are good but over Zealous law makers will take your rights away . was just thinking thanks for reading.
