The simple Farmers' Dish

This is the simple Farmers' Dish that my Mum used to make for us when we were little lots of boiled veges, a very large baked potato, a huge pork sausage, and two bull's eyes eggs over the sausage along with pepper and salt for the veges and some sauce or baked beans in tomato sauce.
It is a very filling meal and tonight this is going to be my dinner
