Meerkat Manor!!!! Have you heard of it? Have you watched it on Animal Planet? If not, you have missed something quite special and unique. There was Flower... The head of the Whiskers group who grew her family to super group status.  There is her partner Zaphod who stood by her side until her untimely and tragic death in season 3. We miss her so much but we also want to see what is going on in all the groups left in the Kalahari. It brought us these cute and  furry little animals to all of us on Friday nights for three years. We laughed with them, we cried for them, we rooted them on to fight and survive in one of the harshest places on the earth. Meerkat Manor taught us how families stay together and help each other. They are so cute, so adorable and we miss watching them each Friday night. These are real life and death events that happen in the Kalahari. We are hoping that a network will pick this show up and continue the stories that are so dear to all of the fans of Meerkat Manor. I am sure that many more fans are out there and if Meerkat Manor comes back to us I am sure it will be even more successful. How can you not love these precious animals? 

The attached picture is of Chico the Meerkat at the Los Angeles Zoo. Because of Meerkat Manor we were able to help Chico get a burrow mate, putting an end to a solitary life in captivity and possible death from loneliness. Meerkats live and survive in groups and this wonderful and amazing show helped Chico. He now lives with Barky in their exhibit. A happy ending for an incredible Meerkat. Thank you Meerkat Manor!!!
