A New You in a Economically Challanged Time.
Times are tough. Prices seem to be soaring in the stores. So, how can a person afford to eat healthy and exercise? Well of course Growing your own food. You can cut cost even if it is spices. There are ways to cut your grocery bill and eat healthy. Kraft foods has a 1bag 5 meals ideas, If you focus on growing veggies and fruits you may not look at the Junk food the same way.
Also Walking. You do not need the closest parking space or drive your children to the neighbors down the street. Play with your children get involved in every need and moment through activities. It may be hard at first but it will have it's benifits. So good luck and Happy Healthy You.
