Marching to City Council meeting at City Hall in downtown Pensacola
Torres and about three dozen teenagers and 20-somethings gathered behind the End of the Line Cafe on Wright Street Wednesday talking about Steen’s death.
The group plans to march and ride bikes from the Pensacola Police Department at 5 p.m. Thursday to attend the 7 p.m. City Council meeting at City Hall in downtown Pensacola to draw attention to the incident.
