This iReport is part of an assignment:
What if we reduced obesity? |
Jillian and Me-How to Exercise with an Injury
Jillian and Me-My Weight Loss Journey
I have decided to document myself as I journey to lose 100 pounds. So far, I have lost 9 in just under 2 weeks.
I have decided to take the inspiration, motivation, and love of Jillian Michaels along with me on this incredible journey.
I am currently following Jillian on Twitter @JillianMichaels and you can follow me @HitsandMisses. I am also a member of her website:
and you can find out more information about her supplements atL
I have been a fan of the Biggest Loser since the very first season. It is currently in its 8th season. The 9th season just started production. My sister and I tried out for the show a couple of years ago, but obviously did not make it.
I already did a preliminary interview with her:

I still have a lot of great information she has given me that I hope to share in the future via our telephone interview.
This is just the beginning. I can't wait to see the end.
In this first iReport, I talk about what changes I have made so far and how to exercise with my current knee surgery. I am using the Kaisen Theory, which is baby steps. I learned recently at a Weight Loss Orientation that if you go the "die hard" way then your mind goes into survival mode and your sub-conscience sabotages you.
Thank you to everyone who has shown their support!
