    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     LaraNell told me this salmon with lentils is one of her all-time favorite recipes. "Have you ever heard that foodies and chefs play that "what would you choose to eat for your last meal" game?," she asked. "My dish would be salmon and lentils. Mmmm...."
