CNN) -- Months after her father's prolonged campaign against President Obama's national security policies, Liz Cheney is spearheading a new organization aimed at organizing conservative opposition to the new administration's foreign policy approach.

I guess this is the new Republican thing... thrust a highly unqualified attractive female onto the political scene.  However, this one has had the privilege of being raised by Dick Cheney, surely one of the strongest and most admired American diplomats ever.

Daddy Dick Cheney was in power for less than 8 months before 9/11 happened.  The current administration is coming up on 9 months.  Who has the better "safer America" record?

I long for the day when a qualified Republican leader appears on the scene, to return us to a two party nation.  At the moment, the lack of GOP leadership is appalling, and what is filling the void is pathetic and frightening.
