Traditional Wedding
Due to its diversity, South Africa often produces wonderful and colourful images in its weddings. It is for this reason that I share with you today a piece of the South African culture.
These images were taken from a Zulu event called "Umkhehlo" (The official welcome ceremony of the bride, the South African Zulu way).
Families from the bride (Umakoti) and groom (Umkhwenyana) exchange gifts and showcase their singing and dancing abilities the traditional way.
