Chicago's deadly streets |
A RADICAL SOLUTION FOR YOUTH VIOLENCE IN AMERICA
I believe that one of the reasons that the United States didn't get the Olympic bid was because of the murder of the honor student on a street in Chicago.
The youth violence in Chicago and this nation demands that we take unconventional actions to address and/or the violence. In addition to the do not snitch rule many young people don’t come forward after witnessing violent crimes including murder because they are afraid for their safety. We must offer citizens who are willing to identify and testify against criminal protection. One of the ways to protect them is to relocate them to a different region of the country.
