    My company, Train Installations has been building model railroads for people in the Atlanta area for the last 10 years. I turned a hobby into a business. Some keys to my succes have been doing something I love, finding a niche demand that is not being met, self motivation, doing things without making excuses why I can't, honesty, clever marketing(hint,hint) and most of all plain hard work. - David Bennett
