    Hi ,

     

     

    i'm new , just registered .. i had to send this distrubing story.. and would like the world to help this toddler .. i've contacted the editor of the newspaper on how to get in touch with the family concerned..and see how i can help.

    i hope this goes a long a way in helping this little girl.
