    boy tied to chair

    I am wondering how a teacher in Shreveport can tie a child to a chair using a extension cord and a belt for a hour because he would not stay in his seat, two teachers happen to see the 6th grader tied to the chair and reported him, he did decided to call the mother and appolize to her, he was put on paid leave, is that all? If a mother or father does the same thing, they would be facing jail time, these schools are getting away with murder, like they can do whatever to the kids but lord forbid the parents do some of that to their children. what is right and what is the wrong thing to do?
