HERE COMES THE MOMENT OF TRUTH!

So great news to discover many women are no longer maintaining their silent about what they’ve been through in their marriages and the level of domestic violence they suffered.

Mary Murphy is a Judge on reality TV show ‘So you think you can dance’. She has been so bold to have come up unto Larry King live and on ‘Ellen show’ to talk about her horrible domestic violence while with her ex-husband.

It was horrible keeping quiet for several years and not discloses the abuses and violence she got from this man.  And of course Mary would have maintain that, believing that keeping a sealed lip is the best solution but seeing Rihanna’s face and learning of what Chris Brown did to the singer, prompted Mary Murphy to come out.

Mary realised she must get this out of her. She knew so much how devastating silence could turn her to if she keeps her suffering to herself.

Today, I am so glad Mary Murphy’s got the boldness to come out and share her domestic violence experiences with the world.

When many women start showing up, then it means awareness for prevention against this beast called ‘domestic violence’ is beginning to show up.

It is not that Mary Murphy derives pleasures from opening up after all these years. She is a great help for all of us to know that sure, there are great women out there who also face this common problem.

I think we should be saying ‘enough is enough’ to domestic violence! Are you in the same position as Mary Murphy? Then I don’t think you should bury it all within you and just pretend that all is well. Or you may know women with such, please be the one to tell them to destroy silent and open up.

Do not be ashamed to come out because if you speak out, you will be helping other women in the same situation to do away with silence and of course, help yourself in getting rid of the past anguish stored up in your life.

    Many Thanks
