    DUI in a Motorized LazyBoy

AP Duluth Minnesota - A northern Minnesota man has pleaded guilty to driving his motorized lounge chair while driving drunk.  A criminal complaint says 62-year-old Dennis LeRoy Anderson told police he was operating his customized La-Z-Boy and "that he was coming from the Keyboard Lounge after consuming approximately eight or nine beers since about 2 p.m. that day".  Keyboard Lounge owner Roger Raymond says Anderson was not served at his Proctor Minnesota bar and had not entered it.  Anderson's attorney, David Keegan, did not return calls for comment Thursday.  Prosecutors say Anderson's blood alcohol content was 0.29 percent, more than three times the legal limit, when he crashed the lounge chair into a parked vehicle in August 2008.  he was not seriously injured.  Proctor Deputy Police Chief Try Foucault say the chair was powered by a converted lawnmower and was p with a stereo and cup holders.  Sixth Judicial Judge Heather Sweetland stayed 180 days of jail time and ordered two years of probation for Anderson.
