    Hi Clark,

    I enjoy your show very much!

    My story:

    My home recently sold after being on the market for 2+ years! I came down in price over $50K in the end. However, I have realized $50K out of the house sale. My question: I'm not sure I want to invest in another home right now - what options do I have with the $50K and what would be the best way to invest it if I decide not to buy another home (choosing to rent instead). Any guidance you can provide would be so helpful!
