Social Security Office Ugliness
Dear CNN, What I’m going to tell you is a true story that happened last year on 10/23/2008;at Social Security office on Edsall Road -Alexandria,Virginia. Myself and my mom(Senior citizen) went to this location to find some info about disability income. We had a ticket which is I still keep it; the ticket number is:21. When our number was called we got inside and sat at the representative desk- my mom doesn’t speak English so much so I was translating what mom says or rep says… the rep said that she wants to hear what mom says-when I was saying because of that I’m with my mom helping her when she needs…She had a quick bad attitude and I asked Why she wouldn’t want me to assist my mom…then she said that’s it and called security on us When security was taking us out of the area, She said BY THE WAY I AM BORN IN HERE. I was so shocked When I heard that What the heck gotta do for her to do the public service she is supposed to serve????? Any investigation on this matter would find the responsible rep on that day? We America don’t need this type of government workers out there.
What do you think of this story?
