Trolley, mural, & a cemetery
A 1900s trolley, a mural with a classic corvette, and a cemetery may see a strange combination. But it is what tourers on the "Echoes of the Past" Cemetery Tour saw on Sunday, October 18 in Cuba, MO "Rt. 66 Mural City."
The trolley took visitors along Route 66 to Kinder Cemetery to be entertained and informed by historical figures who were resurrected, complete with period costume, for the day.
The full story and more photos can be seen at the organization's website blog at cubamomurals.com/wordpress/?p=1315.
At the end or day, repose reigned once more in the small town's cemetery.
