Second day, the fire's still on...
Second day of the explosion in the refinery in Puerto Rico, the fire is still on and spreading.
Fire fighters are continuing to work hard and have been able to contain the fire. Governor Fortuno and Pedro Pier Luizi, resident commissioner of Puerto Rico in US congress visited the site today. Improved equipments have reached the site and hopes to contain the fire have increased.
This video shows the fire in the afternoon of the second day. It also shows the destroyed tanks, burned vegetation around the area and personnel from different departments working. The Red Cross continued to assist the personnel who are trying to contain the fire.
