    BREAKING NEWS: Bernie Madoff added to Halloween Yard

    BREAKING NEWS: Bernard Madoff has just arrived in his prison uniform for this Halloween Lawn display in Wilmette, Illinois.  Bernard joins President Obama, John McCain, John Kerry, Sarah Palin, Al Gore and Joe the Plumber in this wicked scary yard.  As you enter a life-sized David Letterman greets trick or treaters with his special guest Falcon Heene alias Balloon Boy.  The theme this year is Health care reform.  Added last night was the 4-eyed doctor giving free flu shots instead of candy.  Happy Halloween to all.  This story is an updated I-report for CNN for the Halloween season, watch for more updates as news breaks.
