    CNN I-REPORT AMEILA MOVIE REVIEW

by Rajiim Gross of The RAG Review

    http://the-rag-review.info

Well First let me start by saying I my laptop is in the shop so No Snazzy Video This Week!!!

I see another big award in Hilary Swank's future! She played Ameila Earhart very well! Amelia Earhart made Aviation history as the frist woman to cross the Atlantic Ocean...Twice. Once as a Commander, The Second as a Solo Pilot. This is her life story which brings new interest into our nations past. Ameila used her fame to bring about change for women pilots. This was a woman whose only dream was to fly as high as possible and stay up as long as she could. It was a very inspiring yet sad story as we all know she died trying to complete her last flight which would have been her trip round the world.

This film co-stars Richard Gere as husband George Putnam, Ewan McGregor as busniess partner George Vidal, and Christopher Eccleston as Frank Noonan who was Amelia Earhart's navagator who was lost at sea with her.

Ameila Was A GREAT Film. Something needed for today's generation! Too much of our history has been lost in cartoons and politics......we tend to forget how we got to were we are today.

Ameila Earhart did a lot for women by paving the way for our women pilot's of today which came across on screen. Not sure How much Hollywood was added to Dramatize the film, but it was both entertaining and educational.

My 13 year old son got a good history lesson!

This Film was 111 Minutes long and rated PG and directed by Mira Nair.

My personal feeling is that this film is A worthy!

    From a critical stand point....

Can The Film Stand alone - Yes

Is it confusing to a new viewer - No

Would I see it again - Yes

Would I Buy The Blu Ray / DVD - Yes

    Recommend to Friend - Yes

    Overall Film Grade: A
