Discover Buffalo Niagara Calendar Goes Green for the Holidays
BUFFALO, NY – Discover Buffalo Niagara Calendar announces that it is GOING GREEN. The one of a kind corporate gift will be printed on certified FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) recycled paper. It’s the only calendar of its kind listing almost 400 events in the Buffalo Niagara region. 2010 marks the 10th anniversary of the calendar and in celebration of this milestone, on orders of 250 or more received before Nov. 5, 09 customers get a 10% discount.
The calendar features never before seen pictorials of WNY, by award winning photographers. Each shot features a quote and short biography from a local history making Buffalonian, such as Elbert Hubbard - world renowned philosopher and former Western New Yorker, who once said, “Produce Good People - the Rest Follows.”
Brian Gavigan, creator of the calendar says, “It’s important to recognize current environmental issues affecting us all. My calendar is the perfect showcase for a beautiful product while deliberately opening eyes to the Going Green campaign. It has been important to many of my established customers as well.”
Corporations can customize the calendars to inexpensively advertise their business and give them to clients as gifts. Everyday, one is reminded of new events, historical facts, as well as the scenic and architectural brilliance of our region. This truly IS a gift that keeps on giving all year long.
Research shows that forty-nine percent of corporate gifts are either a card or a calendar for the holidays. In light of this statistic, it is important to stand out. The Discover Buffalo Niagara Calendar is more than just a calendar, it’s a whole year of entertainment. It touches those who receive it in a special way, reminding them of this amazing region we call home.
Kevin Martin of Marnap Industries wrote to Brian last year, “Can I get information on purchasing your Customized Discover Buffalo Niagara Calendar 2009? It’s a magnificent publication. Thank you!”
