Ticketed for non english speaking driver
I do agree that you have to at least speak SOME english to drive here. The road sighns, both warning and regular are in english. Driving without being able to understand them can be dangerous for both the driver and other motorists.
She was sighted for not carrying her license and for making a clearly marked IILEGAL U-turn.
This is no more wrong then me being turned down for jobs in my home country for not being able to speak a foreign language.
There are numerous customer service jobs that require you to be bilingual and then claim to be EOE's.
How is THAT fair???
