Artist Creates a New Kind of Credit
As an artist weathering the economic crisis in NYC, you have to be pretty imaginative to get ahead. Since no bank would be willing to issue me a creditline, I've decided to take matters into my own hands. Here I have created 2 credit cards, a Visa and a Mastercard, from chopped up coins. My new credit limit will be determined by the highest bid on Ebay.

I call this type of art "MoneyMorphosism". The premise involves re-valuing the currency from the bottom up by turning near-worthless pocket change into priceless art. In this time of a plummeting Dollar, making art like this is true patriotism, and represents a sound investment for any collector.

The E-bay Auction format is perfect for distributing this new type of art, as private collectors from around the world will set the value themselves. Their purchase is a sound investment, and I actively encourage re-selling on Ebay as my notoriety as an artist increases.
