This iReport is part of an assignment:
The Obama effect |
A new low...
This is just what I needed to get my blood pumping today... nothing like checking the news and seeing the POTUS with a camera crew at Dover receiving the remains of a fallen soldier.
If he wants to pay his respects to those who are sacrificing their lives to protect our country, fine... no argument from this side. But to take a camera crew to document the event and release the images just hours after it happens? To turn it into a publicity stunt? That just got me all riled up for today.... Isn't there anyone in the WH who thought that this may not be the best thing to do? Not everything should be a photo op... specially when you are talking about paying respect to our fallen soldiers.
This, to me, is just a new low when it comes to trying to create a public image and campaigning... someone should tell him that he was already elected.
