    How many does it take?

    How many municipal workers are needed to repair a street drain?  Well, the answer is 9.  You need one to get in the drain to do the work, one to operate the wheel barrow and shovel,  one to guard the truck and six to make sure that the work is being done properly.

     

    We all need just a little more government in our life.
