    "Cold blood killing by authority"

    How can people be so inhuman,

     

    The authority as in government officials actually drowned this man who was only mental and all his happened in the watch of the public, how could this happen, and so far the government has done nothing about it, if it were anybody else who did that he could be serving life in prison, wghy is the government killing the same people it swore to protect?
