When ministers make mistakes, they say, "It wasn't my fault." A members works harder than a follower and has more time; A ministers always "too busy" to do what is necessary. A members goes through a problem; A ministers goes around it and never gets past it. A members makes and keeps commitments; A ministers makes and forgets promises. A members says, "I'm good, but not as good as I ought to be;" A ministers says, "I'm not as bad as a lot of other people." Members listen; Ministers just wait until it's their turn to talk. Members respect those who are superior to them and tries to learn something from them; Ministers resent those who are superior to them and try to find chinks in their armor. Members feel responsible for more than their job; Ministers say, "I only work here." A members says, "There ought to be a better way to do this;" Ministers say, "That's the way it's always been done here." Members pray, support, and help each other, and Ministers only help themselves and their friends in the ministry" Members are trying to work and live together in our Lord's Kingdom and Ministers are busy building large lifeless and dead buildings and taking from God's people to build their own little kingdoms. Members are doing everything they can do to take care of themselves and families while at the same time Ministers are living like kings and queen living off of God's people money and backs.
