    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     WCNreporter told me he plans to iReport during the day on this election in Virginia, and follow an 18-year-old on their first time voting.

    This is the beginning of World Cast News' election coverage, as tomorrow morning, polls will open at 6am across Virginia, as they will be electing a new governor: either Creigh Deeds (D) or Bob McDonnell (R). Stay tuned as we will be out at several polling booths tomorrow filming, and talking with a 1st time voter tomorrow evening.
