This iReport is part of an assignment:
Interview a 'Top Chef' judge |
Delicious though not home-cooked
What can be made with the frozen fruit blends available in the supermarket?
Can you serve sandwiches when you invite guests for an evening meal – would you consider it as casual dining? Would the meal be complete if you serve drinks/ wine with the meal and include a coffee and dessert after? I find that most people just nibble at or skip the dessert. Is it going out of fashion?
Are there a minimum number of items one must serve at a sit down dinner? What is the current trend? A vegetarian traditional feast, called sadya, has over 16 or more items.
Do you serve pav bhaji (Indian wich) at your restaurants?
The vada or lentil doughnut in the photo floating in sambar with chutneys to the side is a nutritious snack in India. It would be fantastic if you would consider including it in your street food cook book.
Thank you.
