Don't buy this product!!!

I purchased this on May 2009. I ordered and when it didn't come after 4 weeks I called the company and they kept saying it was on the way. Finally I called fedex and they said it was sent back to the co. because of the address that they keyed in incorrectly. I called the co and asked them what address they had and they had Iowa. They told me I would have to re order it. Mind you I would not get my refund first. I told them I wanted my money back , contacted the BBB in their city Colorado and as of today I'm still waiting for my money back! They told the BBB to have me to call them and give them my address  which I did several times and I still can't get my money back! This product is advertised on TV spread the word!  The company is listed under G.T DIRECT
