Conservatives Cleared Their Throats, But Didn't Find Voice In 23RD District

It has become evident for the Conservatives and GOP in the 23RD District that, "if you don't know where you're going, any road will get you there."
Conservatives cleared their throats here, but failed to find their voice.
Americans want strong leadership. Leadership that coincides with mainstream values and beliefs. Moderate Republicans have more in common with Democrats than they or we may have believed before this important election. It's now clear, that the GOP has an "Identity Crisis."
With the Conservatives recent efforts to "purge" the GOP's "gene pool" of any "RINOs" ( Republican In Name Only) or moderates here in the 23RD District of NNY, it's apparent that this "Exclusive club" has taken the reigns away from the Rockefeller Republicans.
Conservatives have shot the GOP in the foot. They don't believe it was their foot so that's OK. This was a test for a nationwide strategy that Conservatives, I believe, are considering rolling out in 2010. Doug Hoffman was a "Patsy".
Voter's in the 23RD District have proven that the 23RD District is "NOT FOR SALE". Democrats must learn from this. Yes, we have a big tent, but Americans want decisiveness from our leaders. That doesn't mean,"just say no!" This sounds decisive but requires no input..no thought.
Get health care done this year, not next tear. You don't want to make it an election year issue.. Republicans and Blue Dog Democrats are slowing down the legislative process. You are losing momentum. Act now or suffer the consequences in 2010.
