Will the Real Barcelona Please Stand Up?!
My beloved Blaugrana couldn't push through deadlock as we were held 0-0 against our pesky opponents, Rubin Kazan.
This marks the first time since April 2008 that Barcelona has lost the 2-match draw against a club in the Champions league.
With only 5 points from 4 matches, Barcelona sit third in the group behind leaders Inter Milan and Rubin Kazan. If we can win against Inter, which I believe we will, we'll be safe to advance, but until then, I'm sure the speculation and hysteria will ensue.
Not a lot of excuses here. We just weren't able to finish in the final third, and hadn't it been for some world class goalkeeping by Victor Valdes, we could've lost the match entirely.
Watch and enjoy.
VISCA EL BARCA.
ps - at this point, I'm just really thankful I'm not a liverpool fan.
