    This is not the first time for Lt.Gen Rick Lynch

    This is not this first time this has happened under Gen. Lynch's command. Just last year in September of 2008, One of his soldiers from the 3rd infantry division shot and killed two other soldiers at their patrol base in Jurf Al Sukr, Iraq.  This immediatly following and argument after a patrol in which the gunmen has left a soldier behind and also lost a grenade.
