When ever government illegal violates the lawful rights of any law abiding U.S. citizen, it is your duty to petition your elected officials for redress.   Since 1979, I have been a tax paying,  mandated and hefty property tax paying resident of the 10th Los Angeles City Council District, the Los Angeles County 2nd District, the State of California, the United States of America.   Elected officials on the local level, Los Angeles City Councilman Herb Wesson, Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, County level, 2nd District Supervisor Mark Ridley Thomas,  and Federal level, President Barack Obama have been petitioned for redress, and thus far all appeals for redress have fallen on deaf ears.

When government unlawfully and illegally violates your Constitutional rights as a law abiding U.S. citizen, it is your duty to petition your elected officials for redress.

As bad as this is, this is not worst of it.  Other serious atrocities, Los Angeles Superior Court Case #895188,  to where in 1967, the Los Angeles Unified School District has admitted guilt to illegally denying both of my parents to the right to work, through fraud, political maneuvers, denial of due process, blatantly unfair judicial decision, illegal search and seizure of property, etc.

My Dad and Mom are both credentialed school teachers.  My Dad,  now deceased is an honorably discharged disabled U.S. combat infantry veteran of a foreign war, specifically WWII.  To date,  even after the LAUSD County Counsel Ron Apperson admitted guilty,  neither my Dad, or Mom have been compensated.

It gets worse yet, all my sisters, and brothers have been in foster care.  Unethical social workers and foster care providers played musical chairs with my immediate family members to pay down on their mortgages, other luxuries, etc.

With the exception of two, all my sisters, brothers, and/or I, have been placed on probation by no good unethical Black probation officers, even though several judges have stated the parents nor their siblings are guilty of any criminal violation.

.......You would think, that things could not get worse in Los Angeles County for law abiding Black men and women.  The Saga continues in Theft by Court, which is a book written by my Mom, that documents further corruption in government that unlawfully violates the rights of law abiding Black men, women, and/or their offspring.

Theft by Court details how an innocent Black man, specifically Carl Steadman, is involved in a minor traffic accident, to where Carl Steadman is the victim, victimized by another driver cited for illegal backing, as documented by the actual traffic collision report 1998080109 and Vehicle Code 22106.

The female perpetrator leaves the scene of the accident, to commit felony hit and run, both the Los Angeles County Sheriffs Department, the California Highway Patrol,  Culver City Police Department, and former Inglewood Municipal Court, are fully aware of  Carl Steadman's innocence, yet blatant fraud on the part of government and the Los Angeles County Court system frees a felony hit and run driver, and illegally and unwarrantedly convicts, jails and fines, Carl Steadman, of battery, reckless driving, driving with a suspended license,  etc. (Inglewood Municipal Court Case #8IW7573).

Furthermore to add insult to injury, elected Black leaders, such as former Supervisor Yvonne B. Burke, 2nd District Supervisor Mark Ridley Thomas,  Los Angeles City Councilman Bernard Parks, etc., play games of deceit, ignore,  trash valid petitions for redress, and/or side with the wrong doers, before stepping up to the plate for a Carl Steadman, the Lofton family atrocities,  yours truly, etc.

On, Friday, Oct. 16, 2009 in College Station, Texas, at Texas A&M University, President Barack Obama states:   "The need for action always exceeds the limits of government.  While there's plenty that government can and must do ... there's a lot that government can't and shouldn't do and that's where active, engaged citizens come in." by President Barack Obama

…..with good reason, I did not vote for President Barack Obama, nor do I have respect for President Barack Obama and/or other elected leaders whose actions and deeds make him or her true hypocrites.

…….Thank you Fox News, Lou Dobbs, Juan Williams, Rush Limbaugh, Governor Rick Perry, Joe Pyne and the sponsors of Joe Pyne Talk Radio Show, KTTV, Channel 11, etc., for being on the level with the American public.  The same cannot be said for President Barack Obama, and/or others affiliated with the Democratic Party.

Since it is clear that government has failed, it is now way past time to share this reality with the American Public.  Feel free to share this with your friends and family,  the media, any responsible forum.  This type of activity is not supposed to take place in the United States of America, a nation that prides itself the world over in being "One Nation Under God, Indivisible, with Liberty and Justice for All".
