    One Party Rule CRUSHED by Democrats but is it Change or just more History

    In my home town Chester PA we are excited that the ONE PARTY RULE over Chester's City Council has been crushed by the local Democrats but we need not relax and think that CHANGE has indefinitely come. Remember Obama was supposed to be CHANGE so one big question is... will the Dems truly resist the wealthy arm of the local Republicans or will they gradually buy into the lifestyle of the ivory tower? Hmmm.... we shall see...
