H1N1 Shot Clinic in Sunnyvale, CA

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     SVLDave told me he lives across the street from this facility and woke up this morning, two hours before it opens to find a line all the way around the building.
    - hhanks, CNN iReport producer

Thousands of people lined up at the Santa Clara County Medical Center clinic this morning for H1N1 flu shots. The line began forming well before 7am for a 9:30 start of the clinic's flu shots, and by 10am it streched 3 times around the building, and snaked through the parking lot.

According to a Sunnyvale DPS officer only 1,000 immunizations were available. By 10:30 am there were several thousand people in line, blocking streets as they waited.
