Its amazing how people take me seriously now, instead of having me be the bunt of every joke.

It was hard work, and the journey isn't over yet. My goal is 190. Recently joined a crossfit gym, and im having the time of my life.

When I was a senior at USC, I couldn't stand it anymore - I felt tired all the time, and never felt full after a meal. My diet consisted of nearly all fats and carbohydrates, very little protein or veggies. Not to mention, my grandpa had a stroke, my dad had a stroke. . . . so who was going to be next. . .

Those days are gone now. For those of you who are at the weight near to where I once was, have this be your day. My moment was August 22, 2005 when I literally got out of my seat at a restaurant and said to my mom who was having dinner with me at the time "today's the day im going to begin correcting the bad choices I've made. There will be no more excuses, I wasn't born to be out of shape. Im going to re-invent myself and prove everyone, including myself, wrong. "

Haven't looked back, the best years of my life have happened to me since.
