    Briarpatch - Five Wishes

    Everyone should have a living will.  Making decisions for a loved one with dementia is difficult,  as caregiver Jack describes in this video.   A signed Five Wishes advance directive signed by the patient will make difficult times easier for both patient and caregiver.  More info is at:
