    Edward Duncan An Innocent man

    Mr. Duncan was pulled over without cause in Montgomery County TX, then arrested after Tropper Mcanarney can be seen and heard on a dash cam video speaking with another Tropper about what they "Could get him on", he obyed the Troppers orders even though the police report said different.

    He was sentenced to 6 months in jail, Tropper Mcanarney was fired shortly after the incident. He was denied an attorney at trial,a Writ of Habeas Corpus was denied after the DA claimed he waived council on the record yet no record can be found.

    This is wrong, this man hasn't done anything wrong, and has been denied due process, lets do something about this.
