OMG! Wachovia Sent Me Someone Else's Docs!
I'm soooo glad I have a rep taking care of this because I'd hate to think how Wachovia would have fouled me up over this debacle if I was dealing with them on my own!
I was waiting for paperwork to continue home loan modification. Envelope addressed to me, but inside was a loan mod package made for A.N. in Pompano Beach, FL! I live in California!
I wrote A.N. a note and sent it to him/her today so they can contact Wachovia immediately. By the time I got their package and sent them a note, they will have lost about 3 weeks to get their paperwork done.
After what I went through with these people, I wouldn't be surprised if it was another tactic to refrain from helping people process a home loan modification.
It's getting worse, people. I hope A.N. has a rep like I do.
